Bidding My Time

Been in Cotabato for the last ten days. I only originally planned to stay for a couple of days; just to renew my driver's license and get a new ATM card. But I didn't want to commute back to Davao so I have to wait until my parents next trip back. :)

In the past ten days I have finished my save the dates, finished half the favor boxes, bought favors for special people; yes, it's DIY. heheheh. We are trying to save some moolah. Rommel and I need some $$$ for minor renovations (read: cash gifts please; hahahaha!!!). Seriously, we are doing some renovations in the house so we need help! :)

Hmmm...What else? Oh, right! This is a wedding blog! Sige na nga. Will post some pics soon. :) For now, gotta get a move on those boxes...hehehe. Ciao!

Trying Hard

I have been at this for hours on end. I am trying out backgrounds, layouts, themes and whatnots for this blog. Thanks to Julienne, I can now make Pages, Edit Designs, make Spreadsheets and a whole lot of things I didn't know even existed. Harharhar! I am a simple person. I can type in Word and make Powerpoint presentations. Well, that's just about it. Oh, and I know how to download songs and TV series. :) Other than that, well...let me put it this way: my lappy crashed one time while I was installing something (I don't even know what it was!) from the net. It was a disaster! I had to retype almost half of our research paper and my groupmates werethisclose to chopping my head off. Heeheehee. :P

I bet I have loads more to learn. And hopefully, Julienne would be patient enough to teach me a thing or two. Hehehehe. I can't wait to show off this blog to everyone. I missed writing so much. All that farming and cooking and fishing and whatever-ing in FB have taken too much of my time. And don't get me started on my so-called "work". Ha! Oh, crap. Haven't noticed the time. Time to take the dog out. Later! :)

Mabuhay Ka Pilipinas!

It's Independence Day! Let us remember the sacrifices it took to have this freedom. :)

PROUD TO BE PINOY!

And So IT Begins

I decided to start a new blog to chronicle my upcoming wedding. I was inspired by Ate Melissa’s wedding blog. She wrote about her own wedding preparations and painstakingly organized a wedding guide for Davao brides. I admire all the effort she put into it. I know many brides (me included) have benefited from her comprehensive Davao Wedding Guide. All her tips and how-tos have been very helpful when I started tackling the greatest project any girl can ever have. :)
As I said, this blog would be a chronicle about my wedding. Some posts may be about a particularly stressful day, others about the nicer days when everything goes according to plan. Most of it would just be me expressing my feelings and soliciting advice from readers out there. :) (Or maybe on rare occasions, Rommel would be venting about how bitchy I got and turned bridezilla on him). Stay tuned!
